Reviews
This hotel was amazing. Our room was gorgeous with all possible amenities and a beautiful view of the sea. But, best of all, was the bend-over-backwards service from every single employee in the hotel. The valet parking took care of the biggest problem in Italy. Prices were reasonable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. We opted for dinner also and we’re not disappointed (see my separate review of Wine Not).
Only that we had to leave !!!
Excellent services, excellent hotel.
Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of fluffy towels, lovely surprise with free use of mini bar goods.
Breakfast for all tastes. Too bad we didn't have enough days to try the wine bar which was closed during our stay.
All the staff made us feel so welcome.
Special thanks to Guglielmo at the front desk who pampered us after a really hard day.
Grazie mille!
Best Hotel we have ever stayed in.
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The room was really nice.
I can recommend everyone to stay here. On top of that the location is also world-class.
Brilliant hotel. Amazing room. Fantastic view. Lovely restaurant. Good wine. Plentiful, high-quality breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Flexible and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable and modern at the same time. Ancona is also, I suspect, an underrated city.
The hotel was an amazing choice.
They over exceeded any expectations we could have had.
The staff was all time very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and all very nicely furnished. One felt welcomed and homely at the same time.
The view from the room was also a really nice surprise.
Friendly beyond belief Great food. Room was modern, spotless, and very nicely laid out. Excellent location also. We are very, very happy and Ancona itself is a beautiful city. A sincere thank you from Mark and Julie Allegrezza
This hotel has a lot of good things going, however, there is also a lot of bad going.
The good things are the people, they are motivated and there to please. The bad thing about the people is that most of them are badly trained and as a result do not have a rithm in what todo. As an example, during breakfast, ensure that during the whole duration of the breakfast at least 1 person is available for refill of all food and drinks and questions from customers.
The worst and really the worst of this hotel: the beds! Why do you put customers to sleep on beds with springs and with such a firmness that next day I have blue arms and legs. Don't cheap out on the most important part of your service.
Buy decent memory foam box spring matrasses.
